Horrible customer service unprofessional
I recently got a check over 5 grand I went to 5 different places to cash not one would do it even though it was united States treasure.Then I talked to a local representative Ramon Gomez he told me about Santa Cruz County Bank. I walked over there and I talked to a supervisor and he said sure I can help you.After about 15 mins I opened a savings and ATM account lol no checks yet anyways i like to thank Olga and the man at the bank for taking the time out to help me. I too bank here for the purpose of being a local community participant. Just the same, I do wish their processes were more professional. The ATM methodology is just as clunky as their on-line banking system. Yep, just three stars.
