Adam was fantastic. I was in town for vacation after a hip replacement and Adam helped me stretch and maintain my recovery trajectory. He is very knowledgeable and took his time to take my history and give me a good plan, thinking about what my PT at home had prescribed as well. Very friendly dude as well.

Under Dr. Adam Barnard’s care, I have had tremendous success with post-op recovery and healing chronic pain. He helped me quickly gain full mobility after a knee replacement. His strengthening program cured the hip and leg pain I had unsuccessfully tried to address with acupuncture and chiropractic. I sawAdam for osteo arthritis of the hip and I spent probably three months under his care. His approach was knowledgable and very gentle. He gave me home exercises to move along at my pace. I highly recommend Adam, he’s personable and treats you with respect and sees you and what you need to heal. D.C.

After an unplanned flight off of my mountain bike I ended up with a dislocated shoulder and posterior labrum tare. This required surgery and then about 6 months of PT. I found Adam Bernard by chance and he became my DPT after I had surgery. I was in so much pain and was really upset at my physical state after loosing all muscle mass on the affected arm / shoulder.
