Responsive customer service should be the norm, but that's not the case at SCCCU.
half a dozen teller windows but never more than three tellers, if that many - they don't care how long you need to wait started charging non-members simply to cash a check drawn on the credit union - leave that to the cash checking places where we all know they are for profit Final straw - ATM services have not worked in two days, leaving me stranded without access to my money. Thankfully my husband uses a different bank so we were able to get funds from there.
RecommendedThe staff is very helpful and attentive! I went to get a car loan and they were helpful not only with that but with a consolation loan. Staff is professional and the Watsonville location is very nice and well kept.
I have been with this bank for over 7 years now and am closing my account. I have noticed that they go through and enter debits ahead of deposits - even when they are received at the same time! This of course means that they can charge fees. It has happened on several occasions now and only once has someone reversed the fees and acknowledged to me that the items were received at the same time. When I spoke to their manager Mindy she very rudely explained to me that they do not have to provide me with details as to what times... read more
