This service is useless. For almost 5 months, my senior friend's Adult Protection case worker has been stringing him along when he lost his housing. She told him that he wouldn't be out on the streets. So, she finally got him a place in a tent at the Armory Homeless Shelter which is the worst place imaginable. I don't know why this case worker is still on the payroll. I'd like to know what exactly does this service do for people in need.
