Santa Clarita is widely know for being the most family friendly pocket in Los Angeles County. This magazine is sent, unsolicited, to all the residents. My young child went to get the mail and brought the February 2026 edition into the house. I was shocked and dismayed to see blatant nudity on the front cover. This magazine does a disservice to the residents of this community who value morals and family. This is less a helpful guide to the city and more a vapid objectification of women.
After complaining about a photo containing nudity on the front page of the magazine I neither asked nor paid for, the owner called back and declared the critique as “uneducated”. At the end of the day this junk mail is coming into my home and my children are being exposed to literal nudity without my consent, and a business run without the ability to consider feedback and apologize for a misstep is one that wins the prize of this one star review.
The Santa Clarita Magazine and Elite Magazine are exceptional publications that thoughtfully capture the vibe of the Santa Clarita Valley. Each issue is a testament to the community spirit, showcasing local businesses, events, and stories that matter to residents.
