I've had an incredibly disappointing experience at this KinderCare location, primarily due to the lack of professional leadership. The current director, Melody, has demonstrated behavior that is both unprofessional and concerning. Her communication with parents is often rude and dismissive, and she has made inappropriate, unqualified comments about children's developmental conditions--which is completely outside her scope as a childcare administrator. Our son loves it here. He had adjusted to life at this center after one day. There are various children activities and meaningful events all the time. He loves and is loved by his teachers very much. The director is patient, very helpful, and responsive! We very strongly recommend this daycare center.
My son started daycare here when he was 6 months old, and now he is 13 months old, and he is always happy!
KinderCare is getting better!! The previous director seemed distant from parents but now with more nice and creative teachers and the new director I believe it will get better. We love Ms. Lauren, Maria and Athena! The director ‘s role is important and pls keep the improving work!
