Rod is Santa Barbara's best kept secret when it comes to having your taxes done. He charged 80% less than the office I used last year. And he was incredibly friendly. Great guy.

I need assistance with personal tax preparation for the coming year. I received a return call from Edwin after five days and was informed, "We aren't able to help you." I asked why and was told my taxes were too complicated and they were short-staffed. I had to ask if I might be referred to another firm which could help me. I don't exaggerate. I was told, "I can't think of one off the top of my head." I guess to get rid of me he added, "I could look into it and let you know." And I never heard back from him. I'm left bewilde... read more
