I had a great experience buying my custom made living room sofa. Every one in the showroom was helpful and the white glove service was great especially since I changed my mind a few times :). The crew was very patient with me and advised me very well. The end result was perfect and I am very happy with my sofa. I would definitely go back and have already referred my sister in law. Thumbs up!!
Great store if you are shopping for sofas or couches! I bought 2 sofas there and love them! The quality is top, I appreciate especially that the sofas are custom made, which means I got to choose my own fabric and fill! This was important to me because I have a dog that loves to lay with me on the sofa and I wanted something durable yet beautiful. This is a hidden gem :). I was looking all over town for a furniture store that sells couches and sofas (surprisingly I had a very hard time finding anything;) until I was referred to visit the Santa Barbara Sofa Collections by a friend of mine. They build their sofas and couches in the U.S.A and you can design your own couch how ever you need it to be.
