This Public Defense agency supports the unconstitutionality of a City Attorney, operating as a district prosecutor: not otherwise publicly elected, and serves action against respondents on its own behalf without fulfilling rules of service or due process. Quite the scam they serve against an entire region, generation, and country. Maybe under the Trump Administration indictments might be made under a Federal level against their entire franchise..
