Place is dirty, lack of helpful signs for where to board which bus. Good luck trying to catch a bus there at night, they seem to cancel a lot of the later buses so you may be waiting 50+ minutes for a bus to come. Have had to get an Uber to make it on time as a result of the bus never showing up.
Complaints about SBMTD don’t mean a thing. I’ve had a driver pass without picking me up and three complaints later and he’s still a bus driver. And that’s assuming I’m the only person he ever doesn’t pick up, I imagine most people don’t bother calling because they know nothing will happen.
