Staff HQ and bus parking; not generally open to public except for Board of Directors meetings twice a month. Raised fares by 150% effective August 2025

All the "fun" parts of a bad public transit system. The busses are consistently late by at least 5 minutes. Unless you are actively staring at the bus driver before they pull up, they will skip the stop you are standing at as well. Sometimes, busses are either mislabeled or do not exist. It took me 10 minutes to realize that the 24x that skipped my stop was the 12x I was trying to board. Buses are always late. Would not use if you want to get somewhere on time. App will show the bus as arriving in 10 minutes, and when that time is up it will show as 5 minutes, or go up to 20 minutes. Sometimes it never arrives and you are left sitting there at the bus stop looking like an idiot. I have been late multiple times because A) The bus arrives 10+ minutes late or B) The bus never arrived at all.
