I decided to try acupuncture during a very tough recovery from ACL surgery that was not going well. I had never tried before but Kristen's site said she works on sports injuries so I went for it and I'm glad I did. She's very good and considerate and has been helping my knee feel better and the sessions are very relaxing for my mental as well
I received some very soothing and effective treatment for a nerve pain issue. Kristen was really genuinely so kind and helpful and went the extra mile when it came to researching my needs and coming up with treatment strategies. She will listen to your concerns. I found the space she uses to be comfortable and warm, so easy to get in and out of. Today I went to Kristen for an acupuncture treatment, and had a wonderful experience. The location was easily accessible with plenty of parking. The space was clean and peaceful. I enjoy self care and practicing the energetic arts, but I was very surprised at the results of my appointment today. Kristen integrated a few different modalities, such as reiki and cupping with the acupuncture session.
