Terrible customer service. I called the 800 number to change my address on a business account (can't do it online because it's a business). The lady (who I could hardly understand) ask 15 different questions and I answered each of them accuately. After 20 minutes of going back and forth, I ran out of time and so I will close my account.
I'm a long time banking customer and all of my needs have been met here. Since San Benito Bank there have been a lot of changes but the customer service quality is still perfect! I do all of my banking here
I have been banking with them for over 20 years, most of which has been at the Hollister branch. The representatives who work in the actual branch are so friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Anytime I have a question or concern about something on my account, it is resolved in a timely manner. They have never put any unreasonable holds on my checks that have been deposited.
