I purchased 2 Apeks XTX200 regs that were deeply discounted from this shop. Delivery of them was compensated by repeated delays and miscommunication. Nevertheless, when they arrived, they were in perfect condition. I communicated my displeasure with the process firmly. To his credit, the owner responded courteously and apologized. Moreover, he then offered me a great deal on a Peregrine TX which shipped immediately. I appreciate his taking responsibility and compensating the customer when appropriate.
This operation seems quite unorganized. They are selling items that they do not actually have, and they don’t even know when they will arrive! I ordered a special deal during Black Friday, and they contacted me to inform me that they don’t have the items and that UPS has not delivered them from the manufacturer. Why not label these items as "backordered" instead of charging someone $400 and then sending an email to say they don’t have what was paid for, with no clue about when it might arrive after promising 2-day shipping? ... read more
My first order was lost by UPS. I contacted your company and Andrew answered right away. The fins were reordered yesterday and on my porch this morning here in Texas. You all are class acts and you have earned my business from now on. Thank you guys for being a business that cares about their customers. You do not find businesses like this much anymore.
I picked this store to buy a present for my husband to take with him on a trip. The main reason I picked this store was because of their advertising fast 2 day shipping. The item was recieved the day after my husband left on his trip, 4 days after it shipped (5 days after the order was made)
Jed and his staff are excellent, the store is well appointed, and the prices are competitive. While there are closer dive shops, this is our go-to.
