Tried 10 minutes of chair massage, the masseuse was rude, when I go in again she was still rude. It was a big woman, it wasn’t a satisfying experience, I didn’t tip her. Didn’t feel it was worth my money. Didn’t think she was customer-oriented, no one wants to be touched by someone who didn’t care. This might be harsh, but just a honest thought. Decent customer service is a must! I don’t think I was asking too much. Will not go again
Had so many good experiences here it isn't even funny. The last time I was there the receptionist told me "she doesn't speak English or French but she has many years of experience..." wasn't lying at all. What a message. She melted my back like butter over an oven. Have been using this place for about 15-years now. Never once had a bad experience. Convenient location in the under ground mall. Receipts always issued.
