Employees always smiling and friendly. They care and have taken wonderful care of my father ! The staff, the care, the activities, the meals etc are all above what one would think for a CHSLD. Great communication with the family. Very efficient in setting up medical transport for medical appointments. Relatively small compared to other CHSLDs with about 30 residents on each of the 2 floors so the staff know the resident and the family very well. This home is a great place, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the place is clean and the food is good. My mom is here and they treat her good .I recommend this senior residence .
Personnel accueillant, dès notre arrivé le premier jour , le personnel nous accueillait avec des sourires et des bien venu et tous connaissant le nom de mon mari. Personnel très poli et attentionné auprès des usagés et de leur famille. De bon repas et des desserts et un deuxième si vous voulez. Espace aérer et éclairé par de grande fenêtres.
