I love the care that my mom received! Everyone was amazing staff ! My mom loves each and everyone of them . I would recommend this rehab to anyone it’s nice to know that you can leave you love o e and not be concerned! My God bless each and everyone one of them !!!!!
My mom was at Village Green Health and Rehabilitation for almost 1 month…I only gave 1 star because of the great rehab staff and a FEW of the Cna’s and nurses that were nice. Everyone else had terrible attitudes I was scared to even ask for help from some of them. My mom called me several times crying because of how she was treated! They talked to her like she was a child because she spilled something on the floor. I truly feel like some of the staff needs to be trained on hospitality and bedside manner. Staff was nice and respectful. It wad clean and didn't smell at all.
These folks really do care about their patients. My elderly sister in law with dementia and 2 broken arms graduated last week! She went from bedridden to walking unassisted in 2 months. Never would have happened without the positive atmosphere these professionals create on a daily basis. Very grateful for you all on returning her to us; not only physically healed, but mentally sharper than she has been in a couple of years.
