I am very familiar with Sanstone and many of their buildings including this Fayetville facility. Sanstone is a top notch company and really cares about all of their residents! Top management really understands how important patient care is and it trickles all the way down. They spare no expense on their facilities and it shows. This is not a good place for your family or friends. The staff clearly do not prioritize patient care.Many walk around in tight pants, long lashes, long nails, and brightly colored hair, more focused on their appearance than their responsibilities. Months ago, my aunt's trach site was filthy, and I had to speak with the Director of Nursing (DON) about it. I want to thank the therapy team both PT & OT as they are the reason for my healing. I want to thank Rex from Corporate & Lisa DON who met with me to identify several issues of much needed correction within the facility as I will be following up to ensure these needed actions of both staff and facility maintenance are implemented and will continue to be in place not just one week and back to poor practices again. This was my first time going through therapy at a facility and I did not know what to expect. But from day one not only did the therapist help me but all the staff. They made me feel comfortable, supported and most of all motivated to achieve my goals. Because of all the hard work I am getting ready to head home but alot stronger.
