Booked a 30 minute remedial massage last week and was charged $80. I was initially told $60 over the phone when booking so when I raised it with the staff, I was told that I was misquoted due to rebates. Had a look online and found out that I was indeed overcharged for a 30 minute remedial massage session (including HICAPS rebate). Have tried calling to request assistance but have not had any answers. Quite disappointed in what appears to be dishonest practice and will not be going back.
