Will use your appointment as their time and are very unempathic. Charges for appointments that are not complete and are annoyed by their patients discussing issues. Generally have no real concern for the wellbeing of clients. I highly recommend avoiding this "business."

I was excited to work with them and after playing tag with their psychiatrist (who btw does not do medication management fyi) I was told after they reach out twice they do not reach out again. I did respond and didn't get an email back explaining this but it turns out you can only schedule an appointment via telephone (never through email) for whatever reason. No one told me this btw. They could use clearer policies and communication with potential patients. Maybe Mental and Behavioral health needs to be more easeful than th... read more

I was found Sankofa through a list of providers who accepted Kaiser insurance. It didn't take particularly long to connect with my therapist who I've worked with for years now and have made great progress.

I had an evaluation with them I sent a request via website around a week ago then some one reach out to me and helped me with what I need in professional manner. I like the experience that I got through them with therapist her name Grecya Vidal Zavala.Thank You !
