Requested full payment AFTER I sent over my confidential information, BEFORE ANY work was performed. He asked simple questions that could easily have been answered by looking at my previous return. He is polite, but, requirement of FULL payment PRIOR TO WORK DONE should be front and center on SanjayTaxPro's website! NOT professional at all! NOW I have no idea what he's done with very confidential information, I have to trust him to do the right thing.
