Wanted almost $500 for a $50 part, that took me 20 minutes to change out. I was told by the mechanic that they couldn't order the part I needed by itself, they had to order it as a package deal with a different part. O'Reilly in Fort Myers had the part in stocks for $50. The part was the heater hose assembly (for reference)
Took my car in for power steering leak, had it diagnosed and fixed in 3 hours. $161.00. Great service, knowledgeable mechanics.
I recently had service for a radiator leak done at the Chevron Sanibel Servicenter, 1015 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel and was very pleased with the staff and service. Danny, the Service Manager, went out of his way to take care of me, a Sanibel resident since l976, and I found the charge for service reasonable and comparable to any off island service station. I would highly recommend them for any of your auto needs.
