Long story short I was told verbally and in writing a line of credit was approved after pulling my credit and providing endless documentation. I was told funds should be available in 2 weeks. 8 weeks later after more back and forth and paying $800 for an appraisal. I was told the loan was not approved because it was out of their guidelines. I love it the hours just kill me. The girls are great and always happy but I can’t get to a bank by 4 pm. It’s just not possible and I may have to switch because it is untenable in all ways
