Let me start this review by mentioning how lovely, professional and great Sang and the other masseuses are. I cannot fault the service, attitude and professionalism of the ladies one bit. The reason for this one star review is the absolutely ill-behavioured older man who lingers around the front of his wife’s business and thinks it’s appropriate to ABUSE his wife and customers. Been coming here for 14 years. Sang and all the ladies are beautiful. Until yesterday where the man working behind the counter who claimed to be her husband constantly disrespected sang and was verbally abusing her, he then had the audacity to call her names and put his hands on her . My partner saw that and stood up for the lady and he abused her as well. This man needs to be stopped or go back to New Zealand because that behaviour is not accepted here and will be dealt with accordingly.

I’ve been coming here since 2008 and I used to love it so much. In the last few years, the quality varies drastically on each visit, and the vibe of the place has changed a lot. Some of the practitioners are great but the massage last night has turned me off returning. Inattentive, not following request to change pressure (I was wincing in pain on my neck and had to ask her to be more gentle 4x but it just crept back up to firm every time).
