Can’t believe what they did to my friend. She went in for a relaxing massage and ended up with bruises and a ton of pain. They completely ignored her message too. So unprofessional.
My friend went in for a massage and ended up needing days to recover from the damage they caused. With bruises all over her back. The masseuse was extremely rude and has no idea of what customer services is. She messaged them and got no response. What a joke.
What happened to my friend here was honestly scary. She was in pain for days after the massage, and they didn’t even care enough to check in or respond. Absolutely not okay.
If you care about your health, stay away from this place. A good friend of mine was hurt here and they didn’t even have the decency to reply to her after she let them know.
