Would recommend for anyone wanting Ayurvedic treatment. Been a customer for 2 years.
Went here after two years of severe spinal pain, muscle pain and spasms due to a herniated disc. Tried PT, chiropractors, and even two SNRB steroid shots to help control the pain. Nothing helped significantly. 8 sessions here and my regular pain finally reduced from a consistent 7/10 (need to lie down, can't end. Carry my kid or play with him) to a more bearable , livable 3-4/10. I visited Sangeetha’s Kerala Ayurveda for knee osteoarthritis and saw a noticeable improvement after a treatment package that included Jaanu Basti, lower-body massage, and steam therapy. The treatment was done mainly by Dr. Sreedhar, who was excellent and very thorough in his approach. I also received valuable lifestyle guidance from Dr. VindhySri ji.
