I had a wonderful experience with the Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and facial treatments provided by Vindyasree. I was dealing with inflammation in my back, and the Abhyanga treatment effectively alleviated my condition. She is an exceptional Ayurvedic practitioner—dedicated, intelligent, knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. I would return for her services again.

Would recommend for anyone wanting Ayurvedic treatment. Been a customer for 2 years.
Went here after two years of severe spinal pain, muscle pain and spasms due to a herniated disc. Tried PT, chiropractors, and even two SNRB steroid shots to help control the pain. Nothing helped significantly. 8 sessions here and my regular pain finally reduced from a consistent 7/10 (need to lie down, can't end. Carry my kid or play with him) to a more bearable , livable 3-4/10.
