Five months ago, I underwent 21 days of Ayurvedic therapy under the guidance of Dr. Sreedhar. The therapy included Ayurvedic massages and siddhodara. It was a truly wonderful experience. It significantly helped lower my triglycerides, bad cholesterol and A1C levels. I highly recommend this therapy to anyone seeking to lose weight. It instills strong dietary discipline.
