I bought a Sangean clock radio many many years ago - while somewhat tricky to enter the settings, it has performed fantastic...until the display started to fade. In talking to Customer Service, Jimmy, helped me through the whole process of returning the radio for repair. He said that the display worked when he received it for repair but we agreed to replace the parts. He was even on top of things when he asked if the buttons on top were fading also - yes they were.
