Not happy canceled last minute saying they were sick. I can understand that, i feel bad, but are they really sick?I don't know, now i'm going to have to wait and try to find someone to get me and somewhere's most places are booked two or three days out. I prepaid and left a tip. I know if I cancel the last minute. They would charge me.They should have offered me a discount. This is an impeccable spa that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff are friendly and want to see their client needs met during the sessions and afterwards with their wellness newsletter of tips and suggestions. Shellie always goes above and beyond to connect with her clients. She checks in as soon as you arrive for needs and next steps. I highly recommend you check out her various services to treat yourself with love!
