While we were on our way back from vacation from Gatlinburg in my 2024 Colorado. It randomly went into “limp mode” and completely locked up in the middle of I-75. I called 4 other places in the town we were stuck in and no one would answer or they wouldn’t come get us. Just remembered pre internet how they dropped a hook on my car hood and acted like they didn’t. My mechanic witnessed it and they still denied it. Thought they were too connected to care Deserving of a 1 star all these years later.
Great Company to work with for a stressful situation. Semi broke down (late night) at busy intersection (Clutch fail) Quick response from dispatch, to the driver getting there. Got exactly what I asked for and the price that I was quoted. Dispatch & Driver exceptionally friendly & courteous.
