Great Company to work with for a stressful situation. Semi broke down (late night) at busy intersection (Clutch fail) Quick response from dispatch, to the driver getting there. Got exactly what I asked for and the price that I was quoted. Dispatch & Driver exceptionally friendly & courteous.

They were nice over the phone and quoted a 60-90 minute wait, but the driver ended up calling not long after I got off the phone saying he was 5-10 minutes away. He quickly got my car loaded up and gave me a drive to the tire place. He even had me go ahead in to the shop while he unloaded it and brought my key and receipt to me. They made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable.

I scheduled a tow with Sandy’s Towing for my daughter’s car and was given a 4:30 PM pickup window, since I needed to travel from work to be present. I clearly communicated the timing when booking. However, I received a call at 11:00 AM from a driver saying he was on the way to pick up the car, hours before the scheduled time. When I explained the agreed-upon time, I was told they would “let them know,” which was confusing since the appointment had already been set. RUINED MY CAR , I had to pay over 600 bucks when they said it’s only 25-30 a night nope lol they changed it to 40 the fax ! . The dude was rude kept smirking saying let the car go when it didn’t make sense to me til I got it looks at how the hell did they push in my fan , break my ac hose and mess up my radiator! I spent 1500 to get it fix ! I am so annoyed how careless and unprofessional the service is ! Only one guy was actually nice and even said that odd he said that if it was just a tow !!!!
