Ordered a new recliner yesterday on line was reasonable price, it was delivered today. The guys that delivered it were very polite & careful and on time. I had bought a large power recliner for my wife. Because of her physical proportions she was unable to reach the button controls that are located on the right side of the armrest. She could elevate her feet but wasn't able to reach the button to let herself back down. I consulted with the owner, Sidd, about the possibility of hooking a handheld controller in place of the fixed control. Sidd and two of his crew came out within an hour and solved the problem.
