Dave has retired. The shop is now closed for good. I just had some minor adjustments done at Sandy's Bike shop and was really impressed. He stopped all he was doing and did the needed tuning up to the bike. Nice place, great experience. . :)
Update: has gone little expensive. came to get my kids bicycle repair after reading the reviews and wasn't disappointed. Nice friendly guy with lots of knowledge and good prices. A gem in the neighborhood for bike repairs. Thanks mate.
David, or "Sandy", is one of the best bike repairman. Not only is his service amazing in speed and quality, but the prices are very affordable. Sandy is not one to rip you off, as he will counsel you on bikes. The store also has a wide variety of books for great prices, but the collection that caught my eye was one on Aleppo's history, which is a book that dates back to around 225 years. Gave up on Gears after some "meh" experiences. I don't know if he is the cheapest; however, everything he quotes feels reasonable and parts that I was told had to be "replaced" as unrepairable he fixed without issue. Will bring bike her from now on for all time. Super fast as well. In one day out the next. The ambiance is epic as well.
Great place to find some great books. I visited here a few times and i was extremely pleased to find a few novelties but given a few minutes browsing i was ecstatic to find a few gift worthy items for some family and friends. I will definately be back soon to pick up a few books and purchase a bike.
