Silent group meditation🧘♂️. I think that I was the only black guy and was very warmly welcomed. I will visit again. The silence might intimidate a busy mind, but I'd practiced Eastern ☸️ religion for decades before returning to my ✝️ roots. After a while, about 3 random persons voiced an epiphany while everyone continued in meditation.
