My experience with Sandy Spring Bank’s loan approval process was smooth and highly responsive. Gary Athey, and the rest of the team, was easy to communicate with and consistently quick to reply. I appreciated how they explored multiple approaches to help move the approval forward, it showed a real commitment to getting the loan done. The secure portal was also a major plus, making it easy to upload documents, track progress, and keep everything organized in one place.
Farrah was fantastic to deal with. She asvised me of the best route to take and kept me informed every step of the way. I never left my home for the entire process. I would highly recommend Farrah and Sandy Spring!
