If I could give less than 1 star I would! When I walked into the Laurel, Main Street Branch there were no customers in the bank but I stood there for a while before one of three tellers even acknowledged me. Rahji at the Main Street branch is rude, descrimentory, and accusatory! The manager, Cindy; although agreeing her employee's wrong doing tried to justify by giving me more descrimentory reasoning. Do not go to this bank!
Jada was amazing! This bank makes me feel so comfortable! No lines! No waiting for service. Highly recommend their Laurel, MD Main Street location 🫶
