The person who assisted me at the Laurel branch was very unpleasant and did not know how to help me initially. He was watching news on his desktop and barely acknowledged me when I arrived at his cubicle. I have been a member of this bank when it was Revere then Sandy Spring bank. The customer service is unacceptable!

When I need a service and send an email to Cindy the branch manager, by the time I get in the branch the staff has received instructions and is ready to effectively take care of me and send me away. I love the sense of urgency in this branch manager
