I have consistently had Great customer services from Sandy Spring Bank. Where else can you call and get an employee working from the local bank to answer all of your questions? I highly recommend this bank.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this bank. Have dealt with them since before Revere Bank merged with Sandy Spring. Glad that same people are still at this branch and business office. Their people are experienced, professional and courteous.

During my visit to cash a check, I encountered a troubling situation when the bank representative refused to accept my passport as a valid form of ID, citing it as too old despite its valid and unexpired status.
