I tried to open an account to put some savings away and they denied me...I have zero overdraft history at all, ridiculous.
I have had a very long relationship with Sandy spring at this location and the one on mountain road. Unfortunately, things have dramatically changed to the worse since the merger/acquisition. I got wrong information about my the mortgage that I already paid off and they come back and tell me that I owe more money. The customer service is truly poor and I just can’t trust this bank anymore. I am truly sad. It used be a good one.
