My bank just switched from sandy springs to Atlantic union. Nothing has been smooth. I still dont have a new card and have not been able to pay my bills. I have passed due bills that show I payed but then not payed after a week. Branch not any help either. May be switching banks.
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I have always found banking here to be a pleasant experience. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful, and they always take care of what I need with efficiency. I have nothing negative to say. Please give them a try.
Sandy Spring is the worst possible bank you could sign up for. I like the idea of a local bank but their technology is in the stone age and it takes several days to reach customer service. I highly suggest you do not use this bank unless you want to make it difficult to pay employees or move money. If i could give it 0 stars I would
I opened an new CD account with Ms. Farahnaz Bahvi. She was very pleasant, and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised, how nice and helpful she was. I was little concerned after reading the reviews. I still went in due to CD Rate is so much better than some of the other banks. I highly recommend the bank, staff is also very helpful.
