Friendly and efficient staff
Need more tellers for drive through. Love this location and the staff but seriously you need to hire more staff
As a former longtime Sandy Spring Bank customer I am extremely disappointed by Atlantic Union. Their online banking, especially the bill pay feature is completely antiquated and useless. Any time I call customer service to try to get answers it’s a total fiasco to get a live person and then once I do no one there seems to actually know what they’re doing. I am especially upset and angry with Sandy Spring for doing this. It was a bank with a long community history and great service, and now its gone.
Kamila Joseph always provides excellent service and is very knowledgeable. Please provide her with a raise or at minimum a hefty bonus.
