Can I put zero stars? The merger between SSB and Atlantic Union proved to be my worst nightmare. I have 4 personal 35+ years and 2 business 15+ years accounts at this establishment. $20,000 was stolen from one of my business accounts and they said we can't do anything about it. SSB would bend over backwards for me under any circumstance. They would have protected me or rectified the situation in an instant. Sandy Spring was amazing. Atlantic Union has NO customer service. They made me wait over 30 minutes to close an account. I finally just left and received a phone call and the account was closed in under a minute over the phone. AUB lacks the service that SSNB had with us as customers for over 30 years.
