The great falls branch has been my go to place for the last few years. Everyone from Sam, Janak, Seema and Patricia are very welcoming and my account needs are taken care of promptly and efficiently. Great banking ecoerience.
This has got to be the worst bank around. Twice I reported Bank fraud to the branch manager and twice he did nothing. I then reported it to the regional manager. He never had the decency to even call me. If you want a lot of problems bank with these clowns. Great Falls branch is the most screwed-up Bank I've ever been involved with.
