Today I walked in the bank to get change for a $100 bill. The teller was not only unfriendly but also dismissive stating that I can’t get change because I’m not a bank customer. That’s understandable but why not use that opportunity to suggest opening a account with them. Customer Service is subpar to say the least and I could have easily opened a account since this location is in close proximity to my place of employment. RUDEST drive through and bank tellers I have EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. no manners whatsoever. They rush you out of there. Half the time they dont even say a damn word back to you in the drive through. I'm terribly dissapointed sandy spring. You need to fire every single damn teller you have here, I bet you have lost A LOT of customers due to your tellers rudeness and silence. This is the first review I have EVER wrote. So that's pretty f'in bad.
If you are looking for a hometown, friendly bank with all amenities, this is the bank for you. The staff on all levels is courteous and friendly. They go out of their way to help the customer and they answer any question you have. The only downfall is they are not open on Saturday and there are only a few branches open at this time. They do have an ATM that is behind locked doors after hours and ATM machines everywhere that can be accessed wherever you are.
