One extra star because Sandy helped me with a couple loans in the past and my experience was meh... The only reason I called him again (because the only reason to call him is if you have special circumstances like Indian Land) was I needed a loan on a irrevocable trust title. He wasn't able to find me anything so he referred me to his underling Kristian Radev for an equity line of credit.
