Before my first experience with Sandy Ames, I was in therapy for thirteen years with spotty results and ineffective medication. I cannot give enough praise to Sandy Ames. I am in Europe and I had an online hypnotherapy session with Sandy who was in NY. Sandy made absoulutely sure that I was under hypnosis. I have so many, many positive side benefits from that one session, even though it has been months! I don't know where to start. If I can give Sandy 100000 more stars I would. 5 stars doesn’t do justice what an amazing soul Sandy is. She has completely changed my life. I went to Sandy for multiple things and by the time we finished our sessions, I couldn’t believe how far I’ve come and I was secretly sad to be parting ways for now.
