Whoever was the driver of the bus that came to Cedar point sports force at about 5 o’clock needs an attitude adjustment. I did not see the little tiny bus sign up by the sidewalk, nor was anybody standing there waiting for the bus. It is also a drop off area for kids that are going into the sports center. This man laid on his horn for so long pointing at the sign that no one was even standing by even though that area also says drop off. Frequently take the Blue line, it’s a great affordable transportation option for international students like myself who don’t have a car around here. Very friendly and good drivers, especially Betty has helped me a lot when i was new here and confused about the stops and the bus lines.

Never an empty when catching bus by the mall… you’d think they’d call a backup bus and then the driver pulls up to the stop… stops… looks at me and nods and takes off… what is the issue there!!!!! Once again I paid on the app and used the ticket with no empty seat… was never issued a refund so I paid for a ride I never got
