Never an empty when catching bus by the mall… you’d think they’d call a backup bus and then the driver pulls up to the stop… stops… looks at me and nods and takes off… what is the issue there!!!!! Once again I paid on the app and used the ticket with no empty seat… was never issued a refund so I paid for a ride I never got
Most of the drives are great but the last two days ive had the same driver and both days she was over 10 min late and when you get on her bus she has an instant attitude with everyone and treats people like they are children. If that's how she wants to run her bus maybe she should drive actual children. Yesterday we were slowing down for my stop and she had been saying she was in a hurry cause she was running late.
