Great new management and ownership. Don't let the older reviews scare you. My mom had a fall and the hospital needed to send her for skilled nursing/rehabilitation. She is familiar with Legacy and it is close to home, but they didn't have any openings. Monument was close so we decided to use them until she could get where she wanted. Their facility has had some remodeling and is clean. I feel comfortable there, more than the other places I visited such as the Holliday healthcare group facility. My brother was there for a month with a broken pelvis and it was terrible! The food was gross the can’s were terrible. Sometimes taking over 45 min to answer a call button. Sometimes even coming in to turn off the button and leaving without asking what he needed. Once they would not answer the call for over one hour and he had an accident in bed ( he can’t get up by his self ) and 2 workers would not help clean him and argued who would clean the bed!! My mom is there she fell asleep and they didn't leave her dinner they gave her apple sauce they didn't give her a shower for 3 days i honestly think it's ridiculous
