Monument Health in Taylorsville should be nominated as care center of the year. Their people who work there give their ALL to the care you need. Their meals are out of this world. Sacrament Meeting is WONDERFUL! To me, the people who work there are literal angels. My husband was in care centers before he died and you knew it was a care center but Monument Health does so much more and it doesn't feel like a care center.

Kim (Director Of Nursing) if humble was an emoji it would be her, she is not a person to carry any kind of entitlement. Always willing to help out CNA team when short staffed to change diapers or help out with showers. “Love pays with love”We love you Kim!

I was a resident for nearly 5 weeks in the short term care hall. First day I checked in, there were bugs all over my room and in the lights. I pointed that out to the nurse and staff and they addressed it over the next few days. There was a few times late at night while getting my IV's that I had to wait up to 2 hours for a nurse to come in and silence the alarm and remove my line. I would do zero or negative stars if possible. I Would not send my worst enemy to this place. They are not professional in the slightest, I'm not quite sure how this place is still in business. My mother had to stay here for a month and a half due to a broken leg and not being able to put any pressure or weight on it, and I would not send her back here again if my life depended on it.
