My mother is there. She's been complaining about the staff alot. I feel they should have more compassion and respect for the people that they take care of. Your suppose to enjoy what you do for a living. I wouldn't recommend this facility to go to!!
Terrible communication, theft, facility neglect, and systemic breakdown of patient care I am incredibly disappointed and concerned with the severe level of neglect, theft, and building deterioration at Monument Health. I had a recent positive experience with Brian the social service. He really is doing a lot to help me and my brother who is currently there with some issues. Bryan has done a very very lot to help me and I appreciate him to death. You’re such a good person.
