I booked a virtual introductory meeting with Rachael for my pre-teen daughter and Rachael was a no-show for the appointment. My daughter and I waited over half an hour on the video call before giving up. Two hours after the original appointment time, Rachael left me a voicemail with a lack-lustre apology, but no explanation. Had I been asked to reschedule in advance, or even last-minute, there would have been no problem. So my first, and only, impression of the business was a poor one.
