As a hospice nurse I enjoyed going to this facility. The staff is very caring and do a great job. My patients were very content there.
My sister was there for six weeks. The stash was wonderful and so positive and helpful. She enjoyed all the staff other clients and interactions. The activities were fun to do. The staff really cared and was so kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend
It's a good place to visit it's clean
I recently had an experience with Monument Health Pioneer Trail care center. (Or Pioneer nursing home, as I have know it for my entire life!) A loved one was placed there on hospice care. It was the best possible place because of the caring staff members.❤️ One of the clients there told me, "They really care about us here." I found this to be true. If the furnishings in the rooms could be updated, I would give it a 5. Thanks to each of the staff that took care of our friend Robert!😘
There is a mom and a daughter that work here that do a good job
