I was so worried to leave my Dad at a nursing home . He was sent there to rehabilitate from major health decline after surgery. I couldn't be more grateful for how the staff at mission took care of him. They also took care of us, as they kept us up to date and informed every step of the way . I don’t often leave reviews, but after seeing complaints about the carpet, I feel the need to put in my two cents. If you haven’t been there lately, the entire place has been renovated. The new flooring looks wonderful. The Mission in Nephi Has been an amazing place for my sister who is disabled. Lots of staff on hand, and they work like crazy! I know, because I am there often. In Mission at Nephi Nursing and Rehabilitation I received excellent care and services. I stayed in Mission at Nephi seventeen days after a total knee replacement. All the staff, from Admisions, Physical Therapy, Medical, Nursing, CNA's, Recreation to Maintenance are very professional, empathetic and compassionate. Oh, well, they are all wonderful. The whole place was absolutely filthy. I went in and all I heard was groaning and crying. The staff weren't even in any of rooms. There was urine in the bathroom sink from the urine containers being poured out. You could've at least rinsed the sink after. They brush their teeth in there. Something needs to be changed or you guys need to just shut down this isn't a rehab anymore it's just a long slow death for everyone that gets placed in here.

It's been 2 years since I lost my grandma to this place. I was 15 at the time and this is still the worst place I've ever been to. First there was human feces on the carpet when you walk through the glass doors. Second people where smoking in their rooms so the whole place reaked of cigarettes. Their where only young girls working and they would all gossip in the break room the whole time. We would come in to help my grandma and her food would be cold and away from her.
