If your looking for top quality care for your loved ones, this Is NOT the place to put them. Staff is sub par at best. Cnas allow residents to stay in soiled clothing. I saw a resident have several accidents in various areas of the building and it was due to staff not caring enough to change his brief. Your call light will go unanswered for up to an hour with no repercussions for the staffs negligence. They've been in the news for unaliving a resident and still haven't implemented better safety procedures for residents. The ... read more
