When my mom stayed here, she gained a lot of weight. Check out The End of Alzheimer's by neurologist Dale Bredesen, or watch interviews with Hal Cranmer who helps people with Alzheimer's in his care homes. Feeding people a bunch of desserts is not helpful for Alzheimer's.
This nursing home is nothing but staffing and nurses that don't want to realize and care for the patients that really do need the care but instead to just over does my dad with meds to make him become a vegetable I'm very ashamed and overly mad at you guys my dad will not ever be returning you guys did nothing but send him back to the hospital with water in the brain and now unable to talk id give you guys a zero star but I can't nothing you guys can say to make thie situation better.
Sandstone holladay is awesome. The food there is absolutely fantastic. Kitchen boss Jimmy is so awesome and wonderful to work with. I have definitely enjoyed my experience
Attention to all of the families and great staff members patients here at this facility. my humble apologies I tried so hard, work so hard within four days trying to convince the house keeping supervisor that the residents are important they need clean clothes and sheets, blankets bath towels. Now! She ignored me and requested Hr. To Fire me for caring about the residents like family. God Love Robert Wainwright jr. I'll miss u all. 🙏🌹♥️😞
I'm sooo disappointed in this place !! I thought it was going to be a wonderful place for my dad being with other dementia patients. But my dad is left wet and his mattress is socking wet to the point it has urine dripping. Some of the staff are amazing and some could care less , please don't make the mistake I made... Iam driving 40 minutes to see my dad in these horrible conditions.
