Very poor management that doesn’t care about anyone but their bottom line. A DON that lets his favorite CNA “sit” (she’s not just sitting, we all know this) in his office her whole shift, neglecting residents & leaving early. The night staff are incredible. Brings great peace of mind knowing our uncle is in the great hands of the amazing staff - Nia & Monica! These ladies have always gone over & beyond.
