I am in awe of this facility. I am an agency worker meaning I go all over to lots of different short staffed facilities, and this is by far my favorite. All of the patients are taken care of and all of the staff works together. Even house keeping will answer call lights if it’s something they’re able to do. HR helps take residents to smoke, and everyone answers everyone else’s call lights. Plus all of the staff are so sweet and patient and have the sweetest most genuine relationships with the residents.
My grandma was a patient here and everyone was so helpful and so nice
They are kind and helpful and attentive when I was in need. They made accommodations for me that went above and beyond
